I replace the thermostat already. All hosed get hot, including the 2 for the heater core, but when I turn the fan on, the "out" hose from the heater core goes cold and the temp inside the car never gets hot. Is it the core or something else?

If the return hose from the heater core gets cold, there is no coolant flowing through the heater core. Try removing the heater core hoses and flush the core to see if that helps.

Let me know if this helps.
