1993 Ford Escort Non Starting after parking

Good afternoon;
After a period of about two weeks of storage the car does not turn over at all. No power to radio, window wipers or any type of engine turning over at all. Replacement of the nutureal switch has been done, all fuses checke for proper ohms. How does one change out if it is the ignition switch or is there any inline fuseable links for this car? (1.9 engine size)
