Engine Cooling problem

i recent purchased a new fan relay for my car but the fan is still not kicking in so wondering what could be causing it to still do that

If fuses and relay is goood then suspect faulty coolant temperature switch (mounted in radiator tank).

You may need to replace the thermostat, and/or the temp. Sensor that tells the fan to turn on. I suggest you buy parts like these first because they run about $15 - $25. I need more details though.
