Ok. You can get it to start by adding fuel to the TB.
And you have a weak noid light.
It's a fuel problem.

So
A. You do not have a good strong 12 volts going to the injector.
B, the computer is not able to make a good solid ground for the injector.

Ok I got good voltage at injector
should wire 58 at computer be 12 volts or ground
if it is a ground problem then would it be a bad computer
thanks again in advance

58 (tan-red wire) is ground.

The computer could be bad, or the computer could not have a good ground itself.

Ok so I replaced computer and it will start now but it won't idle the only way to keep it running is to pump the throttle
hooked up noid light again and while cranking low voltage (weak light) crack open throttle while cranking and get bright light
while pumping throttle seems to run fine
tps and ics tested fine
if you pump throttle then hold part way open it will run for a second then die
this is what happens when you help your sons girlfriend
i thank you again you have been a big help

Where did the new computer come from?

And a second thing I wanted to mention. Some cars have a relearning thing that you ahve to do when ever you replace the computer, like holding the throttle at 2000rpm for 5 minutes, or driving the car up to 35mph.

Does your service manual say anything about relearning the computer?

The computer came from the junkyard exact same car but it looks like a newer one (as if it had been replaced already)

did not find anyting in manual about relearning the computer it does talk much about replacing it just what it does

starting to think fuel pressure might be an issue
i don"t have proper tool to test so not 100% sure
gonna try to borrow tester and check pressure
