Hi guys hope you can help,

I started my 2 month old Ford Escape last night with the remote car starter which was installed by Ford when I purchased the vehicule. 5 minutes later I opemned the door to get into the car as usual and everything shut off. I can't even start the car with the key in the ignition. The key turn but nothing happens. The automatic doors won't even function. It seems the car is just dead or on some sort of lockdown. Does any one have any clue on what it might be?

Thanks your help !

Have you checked the battery and battery connections. Also the connections to the remote starter?

Thanks for the help it ended up being a loose batteryconnections I don't know if it's because of the starter installations or factory defect. I will bring it to Ford on Monday after the holidays. Thanks for the help and have a happe New Year!
