1995 Ford E-Series Van Engine runs, then just stops

My van was starting fine, but it would just cut out and stop running. It' doesn't stall, just stops. Now that it's sat for a little while, it will crank, but not start. Any idea where to start? It's a 5.8l 351 cu. In. 1995 E-350.

I would start with the basics
check for spark ,

check fuel and fuel pressure

check fuses and relay s

you deal with what missing if any
