Smells problem
2002 Ford Crown Victoria V8 Automatic 100000 miles

either when it's being driven, or pulling in the driveway, the car sometimes acts like it wants to go dead, and it has a fowl smell. When it's started back up, it doesn't want to start

It sounds like you have a catylatic converter plugging. That is where the smell would come from. Have you checked that?

Let me know.

No, I haven't tried that with the pluggin, but every mechanic keeps saying that wouldn't have nothing to do with it. When it messes up, it starts shaking. When I give it some gas, it will try to get right. Will the catallic converter have anything to do with that? I can explain better if I could talk to you.
