i have an electrical problem my headlights randomly flicker for some reason what could be the problem.

You're going to have to take out the headlight switch and look at the wires. If all your fuses check good then you have burned or loose wires behind the switch. I had this happen to two crownvics, and I dont know why this car likes to fry the fires, but yeah it happens with this kind of car. So take the dash apart from the side turn some screws and pull out that switch. Save some money on those tickets that the cops love to hand out for not having those lights on. Trust me I got a few until I solved that problem. Takecare.
