Electrical problem
2003 Ford Crown Victoria V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

After load testing the battery, why do all of the lights on the dash start flashing when I turn on the ignition? I cannot get them to turn off.

Have you tried disconnecting the battery and then reconnecting it?

Thanks to the recommendations about checking the load on my battery as well as disconnecting the battery. However, I finally figured out that the security system was making all the dashlights flash and wouldn't let the car start. I Hit the lock switch and then the unlock switch and problem was solved. Just dumb on my part I guess. Thnx

That was an easy one. I'm glad you got it working. Let us know if you have questions in the future.
