2000 Ford Contour Output speed sensor

2000 Ford Contour 4 cyl Automatic

The output speed sensor on a 2000 ford contour went out. We bought the replacement part and we do not know where the sensor is to replace it. So, can someone please tell us where the speed sensor is located? HELP PLEASE!!!!

If you're talking about the VSS its on lower rear of transaxle. also see below
