My 95 contour has a distinct vibration when idling in drive or reverse. If you shift into neutral or park it goes away. When the vehicle is moving it goes away. If I power-brake and apply little gas while stopped it goes away.

I had it looked at by a transmission place, suspecting cv joints or possibly transmission mount, but no luck there.

What could this be? A vacuum leak maybe? Or the idle needs to be adjusted? Tried to adjust but couldn't see how to...

Or maybe just build up in the fuel injector?

Check for vacuum leaks if none -clean out the idle air control valve and EGR/PCV valves to include the mass airflow sensor with an approved cleaner and test the throttle position sensor
