1988 Ford Bronco 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual

I have an '88 bronco II it would just stall out once and awhile but start up soon after. I was going down a dirt road and it stalled but wouldnt start again. I got it home and it would run for a minute and then nothing for the rest of the day. Now it wont even do that. I get spark, both fuel pumps were replaced, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator. I'm stumped, any help would be greatly appreciated. Please and Thank You

Verify the fuel pressure by checking it with a fuel pressure gauge if its within specs and make sure the injectors are pulsing and its still getting spark if all okay-check the valve and ignition timing

I checked the fuel pressure, I turned the key on and it went up a little and then turned it off and on again and it went up some more untill it was up to temp. I have no clue what that means.

The fuel pressure goes up to 45 and drops to like 35 while cranking so thats good. Im still getting good spark. I used a code reader and it said it has low throttle position sensor voltage but I dont know what that means or if that will stop it from running.
