Disconnect the +s terminall wire from the relay. If starter stops the ignitioin is sticking.

If nothing then the solenoid is bad and sticking causing the circuit to not turn off or starter is shorting to power. Very doubtfull on that as it takes ALOT of current to tun that baby.
