My truck runs fine with no missing it will not start back up when you shut it off I did a tune up and that didn't fix it. It has 40 psi of fuel when not running and around 30 when running what. Else could be the problem

The engine needs three things to run, Spark at all plugs, gas to all cylinders, and compression in all cylinders, tho an engine may run lacking one in one cylinder, it won't run very well!

Common on these is when the ignition module starts to fail, it runs well while running, but can either not re start, or even stall and not restart until the mod cools a bit. Eventually it will fail altogether. Remove it, take it to Autozone, they can test the module for you.
