1986 Ford Bronco Why can't I get any power to the key

I'm inquiring about this bronco because it is extremely nice inside and out and the guy has it for sale for real cheap. If I can figure out the neccessary repair without pulling my hair out I would like to buy it and accomplish the project. The seller says he put in a new motor, transmission and wiring harness but he can't get any power to the key. Can you tell me why and the best way to get this bronco up and running? Thank you

This should be pretty easy. First check the fusible links at the starter solenoid. They are either burnt or not connected. Get back to us
