When it wont start, check the fuel pressure and check for spark on ALL cylinders.

Does it start with gas dumped in throttle body?

I am assuming it is some kind of electrical problem, because I can smell gas while tring to start it. I have changed a lot of electrical parts so far including the crankshaft position sensor, plugs and wires, ignition manifold, and coil. What would make it start everyonce in a while other than that? Loose wire, bad connection, bad wire. How should I check the fuel pressure? Thank you for your support.
