I TOOK MY VAN TO GOODYEAR, I THOUGHT THE WATERPUMP WAS LEAKING THEY SAID IT WAS A HEATER HOSE AND FIXED IT, WHEN I GOT THERE THEY SAID IT WONT START NOW IT JUST TURNS OVER AND OVER, BATTERY IS STRONG, MY QUESTION IS IT WAS RUNNING WHEN I TOOK IT TO THEM, AND THEY DONT KNOW WHAT IT IS A WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR A DIAGNOSTIC TEST!ARENT THEY RESPONSIABLE TO GET IT RUNNING OR WHAT DO YOU THINK IT IS?COULD THEY DONE SOMETHING LIKE KNOCK OF A WIRE?I, M NO MECHANIC BUT THIS SOUNDS A LITTLE SUSPICIOUS?THANKS

Yes, they could have bumped a wire. If a problem happens like this at our shop, as a courtesy, we would check it for free to determine if it was something we did or a seperate problem. I would ask for that.
