1993 Ford Aerostar car stalls and wont start for 1 hour or

My van sometimes stalls and I cant restart it for a period of time. Later it starts and run just fine. I read something about an engine module. Could this be the problem.

Very very very common on ford:
----+++ spark control module
i think thats where u should start
also check and do the tune up if needed
