1992 Ford Aerostar 106750 miles

I was using p215/75/14 for years the truck is old so I decided to buy some used tires. The dealer sold me some 195/75/14s the truck does not handle as well and seems to drive rough.is this because of the size of the tires. thank you

Can you describe how it drives rough? does it vibrate when the car is accelerating or decelerating? does it clunck when turning?
