My transmission was leaking trans fluid between the motor and the transmission. So I changed the front seal of my transmission, the whole transmission had to be removed, and a circular metal piece. There were no leaks for 2 days and then at times the trans leaks oil and at times it doesn ´t the mechanic says that because I turn my van on in neutral gear that it damages the seal is that true? ¿? Why is the trans still leaking?

Ok im no pro but may I say your mechanic is a dill weed. The seal is only a seal nothing more. Maybe you installed it a bit crooked?The seal needs to be perfectly straight to seal right. Did u change the motor seal aswhele?

Forgot to tell u, I think your mechanic doesnt want to remove the trans again they r evil becareful with mechanics shops etc they r wolves and will tear u up any chance u give m. Take it back and tell them to fix it right. Im sure you got warranty on work.
