Battery light was flickering on and off for past couple days but would go off. Well today it started flickering again but just before getting home it came on and stayed on, no further flickering. full on. Parked truck, came back bout 30 minutes later and it wouldn't start. All dials and gauges went all the way up when I turned the key into pre start position. What could it mean?

Good afternoon,

Sounds like the battery has died. The battery light tells me you have a charging issue for the battery.

You need to have the battery charges up to 12.6 volts.

Then check the voltage at the battery with the engine running. You need 14 to 14.5 volts at the battery with the engine running.
