The low pressure AC charger port/nozzle is down between the oil filter and radiator.

I have one of those short freon charger hoses that I used on my Sierra, which had the port/nozzle on top of the engine.

I cannot get to the port/nozzle with the short hose I have on my charger hose with gauge.

I have looked all over eBay, auto parts stores, and online for a three foot charger hose with gauge or an extension I can click onto the vehicle port/nozzle end of my current hose with gauge, but I cannot find either one of these items.

Is there special terminology used to find such an item, or do they only make the long hoses for dealers/mechanics?

I think it is stupid to only make short charging hoses, as not all Freon charging ports are obviously not on top of all engines.

Where do you find such items?

Check with your local A/C repair business, or a hydraulic hose business can make a hose if you have the fittings as required.

I have never seen an extension hose like that. Shops do not generally use those type of can/hose kits, we use a set of gauges that have long hoses and allow you to actually read both sides of the system. You can usually rent/borrow that type of gauge from a parts store.
