Okay, I don't know how to explain this other than when I start to brake my car jerks like forward and backwards. Almost like i'm going over a bump over and over again. Like it shakes the whole car and you even rock wit it forward and back. It's not side to side rocking it's like i'm going over a bump over and over again. Or even kind of like theres a flat tire. I've took the tires off and looked at them and I didn't see any bulges or anything that would be causing it to do that.

Hello,

It sounds like your brakes are pulsating.
Did you get a chance to have look at the brake rotors?
What you describing sounds like you might have warped rotors.
So when you apply the brake you feel the unevenness of the rotors, as the high spots and low spots on the rotors gives you the back and forth feel.
You will have to do a rotor runout check to see if they are the issue. I have attached the testing procedure (look bellow). Also includes the specifications.
