Fan clutch

Running way to hard was just replaced not to long ago. if it locked In when the truck is off will it not spin at all or just hard to spin. got the truck off a buddy and he did the clutch fan, he is not the best with that stuff. Fed up with it already about to put an electric fan in it.

Good morning.

The fan should not be locked. only when needed under load should it be locked.

Replace the clutch fan. it is cheaper than the electric fan conversion.
