ESC off light comes on while park.

My esc light has been coming up on dash. Its says esc off. Today I figured out when and what makes it come on. When I start the car I then push the brake. Pedal all the way down. As long as I hold it don't the light won't come on. As soon as I start to release pressure the light come on. The pedal doesn't even move an 1\8 of an inch and the esc off light comes on. I did this 20 times and it happened very time. I mean as soon as I start to release pressure the light comes on. To reset the light I just restart the car.
