The only way it will fire up is if I build the fuel pressure by turning the key 4 or 5 times. Then it will fire up then turn off within 40 seconds. When I try to hit the gas pedal it just makes the engine shut off. I changed the fuel pump and cleaned my throttle body.

This sounds like you have a throttle pedal position sensor or throttle actuator that is not working correctly. To be sure lets run the codes to see what we find. here is a guide:

Please run down this guide and report back.

Unfortunately none of the codes are popping up because I got a new battery. But I already replaced the TPS unit.

The codes will still be there even with a new battery because they stay in the computer memory until cleared. But it could be a clogged catalytic converter that is causing the issues as well here is a guide to help. Please run the codes

You could have a bad gas. When you had the tank out did you use a flashlight to look for water in the fuel? Also, can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on? That would be great. You can upload it here with your response.
