No lights, radio. Won't take a jump. Husband hears a clicking in fuse box.

Hi,
First, I need you to check fuse 48 in the fuse box under the hood. See pics 1 and 2. In addition to checking the fuse, confirm there is power in and out from it. Here is a link that you may find helpful:

If the fuse is good and power is flowing, then we need to check two grounds. If you look at pic 3, I highlighted the ground locations. Make sure they are clean, tight, and free of corrosion.
Do this and let me know what you find. One last request. Since he hears a clicking, check to make sure nothing is creating a spark. If there isn't, it is likely a relay. You can try to identify which relay by simply touching them. You will feel the click.
