Engine swap from 2.4L to 3.0L

I wouldn't even try that swap. Pretty much everything engine related is different. The wiring harness, computer modules, body control module, ABS module, transmission and front engine cradle are all different. The V6 uses different brakes as well as different gearing so the rear axle would need to be swapped out as would the instrument panel so it would match the engine. Exhaust system and some of the fuel system is different as well. Looking at it a different way the only parts the two engines share are really the body shell and most of the interior parts.
