Just to be clear, you put another MAP sensor on it and it is still doing it? So you replace the MAP and it ran for 10 miles, broke again, replaced the MAP again, and it is still not fixed?
If that is the case, let's start with checking for codes.

Next we need to check for a vacuum leak. It sounds like the fuel is not able to match the amount of air coming into the engine. So when you are idling it is able to maintain it. Once you step on the accelerator and introduce more air, it is not able to match that amount of air with the proper amount of fuel because you have unmetered air coming into the engine.
