Engine shuts off when the weather is raining?

When raining engine shuts off/ or will not restart until something dries.

Hi,

Do you have to drive the vehicle in the rain for it to stall and not restart, or does it just not start if it is raining?

Also, does the check engine light stay on when the engine is running? If so, have you had the computer scanned for diagnostic codes? Even if the light isn't on, there could be codes pending. If you haven't checked, that is where I would start.
