I was driving down the road and all of a sudden the truck started completely running different. Its really rough and Skippy. I replaced all 8 sparks plugs(twin plug system) and its still doing the same thing. If I hold my hand up to my exhaust, then my hand gets covered in a liquid but I'm not sure exactly what. You can't see it, its clear but sort of sticky. I really need help desperately. My oil doesn't have any milkiness to it. Thank you for any help

The water on your hand is normal, I would replace the distributor cap and rotor, I have seen them crossfire and cause the problem you are describing. Also, I would replace the spark plug wires as well. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
