While driving my engine started running rough, it had been fine until this time. Check engine light came on, and would flash when you accelerated and stop flashing when you were not calling for power but stayed on. Had check done and was told that number four cylinder was misfiring. I had new coil pack and spark plug installed but vehicle still runs rough, especially at low speed and idle. It seems to be running on seven cylinders. Not sure how to proceed. Do you think it could be a wire or maybe lifter or push rod?
