Engine reset

I just replaced the head gasket and all top end gaskets. But know I have no spark? Also, what is the correct head bolt torque? I have two manuals and other information on the torque, from 54 lbs to 72 lbs. l know that you tighten the bolts in four rounds. Thanks.
