Engine overheating

The car cant go 10 miles without overheating. I had this problem before and I replaced the head gasket and was fine for about a week, and now its happening again. Also on start up, sometimes it starts at a very low idle and shakes and I have to press the gas for it to go away.I have a new head gasket and everything that comes in the head gasket kit installed, a new engine temp sensor, all my fluids are topped off and its still giving me problems

Recheck your work then when hot check radiator for cold spots if it has any then it's a bad radiator also check thermostat may not be opening correctly
