What is the operating temperature for this vehicle and can it run too cool?

The operating temp should be about 180 degrees in temperature. If the engine is not getting hot I would look at the thermostat. If it is tuck open then the water coolant will not have time to heat up I come from a old school of thought and that is the first thing I would look at.
