Engine knock

Drove it fine to the grocery store, came out and turn the engine and it popped really loud and that started a very loud knock under the hood. Not sure what it is. I just got this truck. It was dry on oil, did an oil change and filter about a week ago. I believe the coolant is disappearing pretty fast as well. Any suggestions?

Good afternoon,

It sounds like something has failed internally from being low on oil.

Can you upload a video of the sound you hear so we can make a determination of the type of noise?
