Alright so this is my first time on this site, one of my friends suggested it cause it helped him a lot. My car has been overheating and was leaking from the coolant overflow tank, so I removed the tank myself and called advanced auto parts to see if I could buy a new one from them, long story short they had it for $90.00 but told me that the leakage would not cause the overheating so I took it to Ford, and Ford said that they need to buy a new engine cooling fan motor, and the coolant tank, which would come too "about a $1,000.00 in parts" I said no way and asked for the part numbers which I looked up and cost about half of that. So I am going try to change them myself. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to go about doing the engine cooling fan motor, the coolant tank is pretty self explanatory also, the passenger window fell off the tracks so help with that would be appreciated also. Thank you!

If the passenger window "fell" off the tracks it probably broke the rollers that hold it up. They can be tricky to install and be careful when you try to tighten bolts if to tight it will shatter window. See pictures. The cooling fan is water cooled and is quite involved to remove so you should have a mechanic do that and there is too much for us to copy and paste here.

Thank you for the Information, also I believe it is only the fan motor that has to be replaced I am not sure if that makes a difference, also any tips on pressure testing everything when I am done I have compressors because I work for my family's plumbing business.

It's not an electric fan per se, it is water cooled and very lengthy to fix as well a ton of stuff has to be removed.
