Check fuses and main relay under hood first then scan for codes. See picture to see how to do it to set to correct mode then get them out. Then you can either get back to us or go to repair guides on our site here and look for trouble codes then OBD1.

Have you check the fuses as HMAC300 suggested? Without any power supply to the ECM, the MIL would not come on and you definitely would not be getting any sparks.
While checking the codes, you could have shorted one or more fuses causing the problem.

So originally replace the water pump on my car when a friend try to get the bottom pulley off the crank he put a screwdriver in the top right-hand cam pulley when you turn the bottom screw it turned the crank over but the can was held by the screwdriver I did not think anything of it I put the car back together now there is a mess on the exhaust side of the car when I unplug one of the spark plugs it stops the exhaust leak what would cause that do you think the screwdriver in the can made it one tooth off

It may have moved the belt pulley or you tried to start it with screwdriver in place and that did it.
