Electrical Problems, car starts and then stalls?

I've been through two batteries and two alternators and a new starter within three weeks or so. The car continues to start for a little bit after each jump or change but then loses power slowly and turns off completely with some electrical power in the dash, but the engine won't start after that. Also, the radio and the clock don't work at all through all of this.

It sounds like the alternator is not charging, this guide can help confirm the issue. Also, we need to check two fuses for power and to see if they are not blown # P/TRN 15 amp and Meter 10 amp. Here are the guides that will help us, and I have included the fuse locations and the alternator wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works in the diagrams below:

I had the alternator tested again after the second one was put in yesterday and it said it was charging apparently but the radio and the clock still do not work. Thank you so much I will take this information and go back to my mechanic and ask them to recheck again.
