A few month's ago I had the battery changed in my Mustang. Immediately after, I noticed that my door remotes quit working so I replaced the batteries in those with no luck. Well, within the past week my dash lights started coming on and going back off when the car was not running and no keys in the ignition. My parking lights and tail lights also started coming on as soon as you start the car and will not go off even after you turn the car off. (Though sometimes if I am lucky, they will go off after restarting the car and turning it back off.) So then today while driving, I notice that not only am I experiencing all of those problems, now my radio lights flicker on and off.
What could be the cause of all these problems to suddenly start appearing?

If that's the original radio it likely has bad connections on the display regulator circuit board. If you send it in for repair they will replace three boards and give you a bill for about $350.00. Those new parts will develop the same problems in a few years. I've repaired dozens of these boards for a permanent repair but they are very frustrating and can take a few weeks of testing on the test bench. On some Chrysler radios there are one or three places to look for the problem. There's two versions of Ford radios. On the one that develops the intermittent display there are about 30 places to look and it's almost impossible to know for sure that you found the right ones unless it acts up again during the test run.
