Truck shut down while driving

Truck shut down on interstate thought it was fuel pump, no spark when turning over. fuel pump relay started to buzz and vibrate with no key in ignition. no continuity on eccs relay.

Will check the distributor but was told it needs 12 volts to test. Which connector should have the 12 v. There is a 2 pin connector which has a solenoid attached and a 6 pin connector. If it is the 6 pin which pis should have the voltage. Truck is an XE model.
