Okay, so for starters my vehicle started to stall while driving down the interstate. It would stall for a second the rpm's would drop then everything was normal. After about ten times of that happening by car did it again and the rpm's and oil pressure dropped and they never came back up. Resulting in my car shutting off and not cranking. So I got it towed home and we looked at it checked all fuses, wires, spark plugs, coil packs, battery and replaced the cam shaft positioning sensor. It would turn over but not crank. The next day we worked on it some more and my battery was dead. So we got it charged and continued go look for damages wires. We ended up taking the alternator off and it was bad so we replaced it. And now it will not ever turn over! The lights come on the horn works the wipers and the radio does no turn on but that can be because we took the whole dash out. (Side note we placed the crank shaft senor a couple months ago? We are stumped. Please get back with me.

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.

Ia m not sure why the dash was removed, so you will have to explain that. At present, is the starter engaging? Have you checked for spark and fuel to the engine?

Based on your description, it almost sounds like a ground issue, however, I need to know if the starter is at least working

If the starter is working but the engine is not starting, take a quick look through this link and let me know if anything helps.

Let me know.

I removed the dash because I wanted to check all the wires. I live out in the country and I had a mouse in there at one point. Okay so we got it to crank. It was my crank shaft the bolt came loose an the sensor was just hanging there and it got messed up so I got another one popped it in and it cranked! But now I am stuck again. When I accelerate my fly wheel or in that area makes a noise. I will have to attach a video.

Hi again:
I have to ask you to start a new thread for the noise issue. We are trying to keep all threads specific to one topic.

I will watch for the post. Also, I am glad you got the sensor fixed.
