After installing a new cigarette light the power windows, heat blower, back-up lights not working properly

I installed a new cigarette lighter to charge stuff. Ran new hot and ground (so not on listed fuse). Worked, then I think a flashlight I plugged in shorted it out. Not sure. I tested all fuses (good) and two relays under dash (also good). I've studied the wiring diagrams for power windows--before I go further, please, Checked all fuses inside panel dash and engine compartment (good). Is there a relay marked for something else that would affect the power windows, heater blower and back-up lights (bulbs good)? The manual I have shows a "fusible link" in the engine compartment--don't see it. Help.

Anytime we add something and then it causes an issue, it makes figuring it out a little more complicated because we have introduced things that are outside the normal components.

So, to figure out what is going on, we need to pick one of these systems and track down where the power is.

I am attaching the wiring diagram and we need to start checking for power.

Basically, go from the fuse all the way through the system and tell me where you no longer have power when pressing the window button.

This will tell us what the issue is with this and if we fix this and it does not fix the other systems then we can move onto them.

We can't make the assumption that they are all related and look for the common component. They may be all related, but we need to focus on one of them and fix that one and if we are correct that they are all related then they will all be fixed when we fix one of them.

It took forever, but I finally fixed it. It would have helped if my service manual and YouTube videos had been more accurate as to where the fuses and relays were located (outside of the engine and interior fuse banks) and were labeled as to what they controlled. 4 days later it's done. All's well that ends well. Thanks, 2CarPros. Subscribed to your YouTube channel. (By the way I found 2 trackers and removed them. Car's paid off, so)

Thank you for the update but what exactly was the issue? You found a fuse blown?

Also, you found 2 vehicle tracker systems? If that is the case, then I suspect they were installed by the used car lots as they have high theft issues.
