Battery was getting hot. Alternator was bad. At some point before I replaced it the lights were flickering like crazy, horn honking. Also the dashboard light stayed really bright, none of the gauges work. ABS modules burnt out. Signal lights don't work. And some blown fuses I replaced have no power.I unplugged and module and that fuse blows out right away.

Hi,

Does this vehicle sit outside? Did all this start after a thunderstorm? It just sounds like it got struck by lightening. A failed alternator could cause this if it where sending too much current but normally this just burns up the PCM driver and maybe melts the wire to the PCM.

I would suggest with starting with scanning for any codes. I suspect there will be a lot of communication issues with different modules. If this is the case, look at the tip of the antenna and see if it is melted or has any black charring to it. If this is the case then I am correct in it getting struck by lightening. If you find this, I would contact your insurance company because they should cover all this repair.

Let me know what you find and we can go from there. Thanks
