Passenger side fully reclined, will not return to upright, no sound from motor, moves forward and back, up/down, but seat back does not operate.

This is normally one of a couple things. It could be a switch issue, wiring issue, or the motor has failed.

Normally this is the motor. I would suggest going to the motor, and testing for power on the green wire when pressure the switch in the forward direction so that it would raise the seat back.

If you have voltage then the switch and wiring is fine and the motor needs replaced. If you have no voltage then we need to go to the switch and see if it is coming out of the switch. If you have it coming out of the switch then it is a wiring issue. If nothing coming out of the switch then the switch is the issue.

If you prove out the motor is okay, you can get the seat up by just jumping voltage to the green wire and grounding the blue wire and it should raise the seat back.

Let me know if you have questions. Thanks

Thank you. Would you have a picture or diagram showing location of seat recline motor? I'm having a hard time getting enough room to navigate under seat without removing it, but appears it may actually be in seat back, does that sound right? Any suggestions on accessing motor? Thanks again.

Sure do. Unfortunately it is not in the best position. A lot of times, I will take the seat bolts loose and turn it sideways. This way you can leave everything connected but with the seat back reclined this may not be possible.

Hopefully this helps. #5 in the picture.
