Replace ECM with a used one how do I reprogram?

You need to have a pass through device and a connection to the correct Honda factory software to do the programming. Using either the factory Honda scan tool or an aftermarket unit will work. You will also need to reprogram in the immobilizer information. If you do not have those tools it will be cheaper to have a shop or dealer do it as the tools and software are very expensive.
