When it stalls is when you want to do testing. My first suspicion is a loss of spark, So use a spark tester to confirm this. IF so I would next want to get to the coil and check for any corrosion on any connections, but primarily at the bottom part of the coil that is circled.

Checking for fuel pressure is also recommened to know that it is only a loss of one, but not both.
