1995 Eagle Talon idle at 3000 rpm

my car idle at 3000 arm and i dont know what to do, is running really ruff i have done a tune up and nothing changed i think is the rpm sensor but i dont want to spend 150.00 until i know that it.
can you help me?

Could be a vacuum leak., idle speed control motor and throttle position sensor-could be a sticking throttle plate

i have checked all that and is fine i dont see a vacum leak what do you recoment?

It could be your BISS (base idle set screw) they have an oring and are known to leak on the 4g63t. Also the FIAV (Fast Idle Air Valve) Or just the set screw could have been moved.

But i could help you more if you gave me more detail. as in does it idle that high all the time? or just when you first start it,does it lope, etc etc..
