I have a 2001 Lincoln LS V8. It has dual climate control. The driver side blows cold ac but the passenger side only blows cool air. but if you change to heat, the passenger side blows hot air but the drivers side blows cool air. So the drivers side has cold air on ac but cool air on heat and it's the opposite on
passenger side, it has cool air on ac and hot air on heat.

You have more than one problem. It sounds like you have a bad blend door actuator on the drivers side that won't switch to heat. As far as cooling on the passenger side, you may have the incorrect amount of refrigerant charge. It requires a very specific amount. I would have it professionally evacuated and recharge with the exact, weighed amount of charge.
