How is the engine running? Also are the spark plugs carbon fouled? I have seen the fuel pump control module over voltage the pump and force too much fuel into the engine.

P2196 - O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Rich (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

P2198 - O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Rich (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

If all of the spark plugs are black, I would swap out the FPM. Here is a guide to help as well.

Position aside the LR quarter panel luggage compartment trim.
Disconnect the Fuel Pump (FP) control module electrical connector.
Remove the 2 pin-type retainers and the FP control module.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Clear the codes once completed. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
